We are pleased to inform you that IIT Kanpur is organizing a three day
National Conference on Intellectual Property Rights between February 28th
and 1st March, 2008. The proposed conference will primarily focus on:
(i)IPRs as drivers of knowledge capital, (ii) IPRs and Management of
knowledge capital and, (iii) IPRs regarding Biodiversity, Traditional
Knowledge, Genetic and Plant Resources.
For the conference papers are invited from Academia, Industry,
Professional Organizations, Non-Governmental Organizations, Students /
Research Scholars on any topic (both theoretical and empirical). During
the three day event a separate 'Research Symposium' shall be conducted to
discuss papers of PhD Scholars.
Please find attached with the mail the soft copies of the Conference
Brochure and Registration Form. Hard copies of the same shall be mailed to
you soon. You are requested to entertain the same further in your
respective institution/organization
