Property query

My mother has four sisters and had two brothers. My maternal uncle Mr. Ajay was the youngest among all the siblings. As regards my other maternal uncle, he's the second eldest in line. Since as it happens in rural areas, there's a big age gap between my mother's siblings. My elder maternal uncle is nearly twelve years senior to my mother and was almost twenty years senior to my other uncle Ajay. Well, as a result of this huge gap, my elder uncle Mr. Ashok had always dominated the decisions taken by my late maternal grandfather who was a zamindar and had a good deal of property to dwell on. But, my uncle has always been very iniquitious regarding his behaviour with his sisters, either in monetary matters or otherwise. He substantially influenced the marriages of all of my maternal aunts minimising the expenses everytime. But, never ever any of my aunts feel the necessity to protest as is the usual custom in rural india today also, girls don't have a say. However, seven years ago, my only other maternal uncle and the youngest among all the siblings Mr. Ajay committed suicide leaving a note for the same. What led him to take that extreme step is also obvious. As, my elder uncle Mr. Ashok Sah had all the controls on the land and business after my grandfather's death, he repeatedly denied giving any funds to my younger uncle to continue his education and he, who was twenty years younger to Mr. Ashok could never raise a voice of protest. Not only that, the wife of Mr. Ashok, is a very vicious lady who always controlled the finances indirectly and compelled Ajay uncle to eke out a life of deficits despite being crores of property in home, of which he obviously was the only other partner. Everyone in the village knows the fact that how Mr. Ashok compelled his younger brother and the only other heir to property to commit suicide, availing of his gullibility and mental tenderness. Now, i want to take this case to the social fore and i strongly want that half of the property which my elder maternal uncle has deceitfully and cunningly wangled for himself and which my deceased Ajay uncle was heir to should be ceased from him for that would be true justice to a generous and good soul who was inconspicuously driven systematically to death by none other than his elder brother whom he respected like a father. I therefore, earnestly implore all the learned legal advisors to advise me whether it's possible under the purview of Indian laws and if yes how.
